The design of SAP ERP system construction for overseas offices is grounded in a global management perspective.

Global rollout requires maintenance of SAP ERP system functions. B-EN-G consultants uncover potential problems at overseas offices, summarize task requirements, and propose solutions. Our services even extend to re-training local staff.

Series 1: Global Templates Supporting Integrated Management of Overseas Offices
Series 1 templates serve as a reference model series in establishing global business processes, focusing on integrated global management scenarios. The Series 2 templates currently in development are based on scenarios for product development, production, purchasing, and distribution.
  • 1. Scenarios for Consolidating a Global System
Various phases of consolidation are introduced, at the national, regional, and global levels. We also leverage EC-CS and SEM-BCS to enable consolidate from various approaches, including from the perspective of various departments (such as business and product departments).
  • 2. Scenarios for Managing Global Consolidated Performance
These scenarios enable evaluation and reporting of consolidated performance from various approaches unique to the manufacturing sector: products and product groups, models, customers, distribution channels, regions, and so on. (Currently in development.)
  • 3. Scenarios for Global Shared Services
Targeting netting transactions among group companies, these scenarios organize financial tasks in CFM, including billing, debt collection, and payment to consolidated local companies. (Currently in development.)
  • 4. Scenarios for Global Shared Data
For ALE-based distribution of master data to SAP ERP in branch offices. Branches may also make entries and revisions to system master data at headquarters. These scenarios enable processing of language-dependant data in multilingual environments. (Development planned.)
  • 5. Scenarios for Global KPI Derivations, Monitoring, and Simulation
For extracting KPI from global business strategies through BSC for application in SEM-CPM. Also for analysis and evaluation from the management cockpit. Takes advantage of BPS-based global tax strategy simulation. (Development planned.)
